Leftover Turkey and Havarti Sandwich with Arugula and Strawberries

Havarti 400g
Black Diamond® Havarti
3 Tbsp
Lactantia® Unsalted Butter
4 cups
Cooked turkey breast
8 slices
Multi-grain bread
4 cups
1 cup
Hulled and sliced Strawberries
2 Tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
Maple syrup


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the arugula, strawberries, balsamic and maple syrup.
  4. Butter all sides of each slice of bread, and then place on the baking sheet to build the sandwiches.
  5. Starting on the bottom slice, add turkey slices, followed by arugula mixture, and then the Black Diamond® Havarti cheese and the second piece of bread.
  6. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
  7. Slice in half and enjoy.
