FAQ

Where can I find Black Diamond® products?

Black Diamond® products can be found at most major retailers. If you are unable to find our products at your local retailer, please speak to the dairy manager to see if they can place an order for you.

What's the best way to store Black Diamond® cheese?

If it comes in resealable packaging, be sure to seal properly before placing in the refrigerator. If it does not, wrap in plastic wrap and then place in a sealable bag, ensuring air has been removed before closing and placing in fridge. Ideal storage temperature is between 0-4 degrees celcius in the coldest part of your fridge and away from light (i.e. bottom or middle shelf). Be sure to store away from strong smelling foods as the odours can be absorbed by the cheese.

How do I cook with Black Diamond® cheese?

There are many ways in which Black Diamond® cheeses can be incorporated into recipes. From melted in to sprinkled on top, our recipe section has a number of ideas to help get you started.

Are Black Diamond® cheeses made with pasteurized milk?

Is there any Rennet in Black Diamond® Cheese Products?
