Herbed Cheese and Olives

Mozzarella Cheese
1 package, cubed
Black Diamond® Mozzarella
1 jar
Kalamata olives, drained and pitted
8 oz
Extra virgin olive oil
8 oz
White balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp
Dried crushed red pepper
6 large
Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp
Freshly minced rosemary leaves


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, crushed garlic and rosemary until mixed thoroughly.
  2. Add cheese and olives to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated with dressing.
  3. Keep refrigerated until serving. To serve, spoon into a small dish or onto crostini.
  4. Recipe keeps up to two weeks in fridge.
