1½ cups Black Diamond Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp pepper
Black Diamond Shredded Parmesan Romano to taste
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water for 8 minutes or until just tender.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for 2 minutes longer. Drain well and return to pot.
In another saucepan, stir together tomato sauce, milk, 1½ cups of Black Diamond Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella, and seasonings; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
Add sauce to pasta mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with Black Diamond Shredded Parmesan Romano.
