Thai Peanut & Cheddar Dip
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tsp ginger, chopped
- 4 lime leaves
- ½ cup Black Diamond White Original Cheese Spread
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp low sodium soya sauce
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp sambal oelek (hot sauce)
- In a food processor, puree the lime zest, lime juice, lime leaves, and ginger for about a minute.
- Add in Black Diamond White Original Cheese Spread and peanut butter and pulse for 30 seconds.
- Add in the soya sauce, coconut milk, sugar, and sambal oelek, and mix for another 30 seconds.
- Take out, place in serving dish, enjoy your creation.
