Favourite Thai Peanut & Cheddar Dip (Illustration)

Where peanut butter and cheese meet to form a delicious dippable friendship.

Thai Peanut & Cheddar Dip

  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 4 lime leaves
  • ½ cup Black Diamond White Original Cheese Spread
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soya sauce
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp sambal oelek (hot sauce)
  1. In a food processor, puree the lime zest, lime juice, lime leaves, and ginger for about a minute.
  2. Add in Black Diamond White Original Cheese Spread and peanut butter and pulse for 30 seconds.
  3. Add in the soya sauce, coconut milk, sugar, and sambal oelek, and mix for another 30 seconds.
  4. Take out, place in serving dish, enjoy your creation.
