Swedish Meatballs with Cheddar Nuggets

Ingredients
  • 500g pack Black Diamond Mild Cheddar
  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Beatrice milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1½ tbsp beef bouillon mix
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. Cut Black Diamond Mild Cheddar cheese into 1” cubes (36 cubes).
  3. Thoroughly combine beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onions, and bouillon mix. Divide meat mixture into 36 portions. Press each meat portion firmly around a cheese cube, shaping into meatballs (be sure to cover cheese completely).
  4. Place in single layer on shallow 15x10” baking pan.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes or until cooked. Drain well.
