1 loaf of country-style bread (sourdough), sliced and toasted
2 garlic cloves
2 cups Black Diamond Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella
1 cup Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread
4 tbsp Lactantia cream
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
8 slices of cooked ham
1 roasted red sweet pepper, cut into strips
15 chives, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cream, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, and chives. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut garlic cloves in half and rub on toasted bread slices.
Spread cream cheese mix on each slice of bread, top with cooked ham. Spread a spoonful of Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread mix on top of ham, cover with peppers and sprinkle on the Black Diamond Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella cheese.
